JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's net wages in the period 23 December 2024 to 25 January 2025.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,894.94, which is the net sum deducted. Holiday Pay[3]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent failed to pay the claimant in accordance with regulation 14(2) of the Working Time Regulations 1998. Case Number: 6018173/2025[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant £753.34, in respect of 7 days’ accrued but untaken statutory annual leave entitlement.[5]The claimant is responsible for paying any tax or National Insurance owing in respect of this sum. Pension Contributions[6]The breach of contract claim in respect of unpaid pension contributions is dismissed upon withdrawal.
