The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Redundancy Payment[1]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,151.72.[2]The respondent shall pay that amount to the claimant as a redundancy payment. Unpaid wages[3]The complaint that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages by failing to pay wages due for work done in August 2024 is well founded.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant £434.72, being the amount due. Holiday pay[5]The complaint that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages by failing to make a payment for accrued untaken holiday on termination of employment in August 2024 is well founded.[6]The respondent shall pay to the claimant £217.36, being the amount due.
