[1]The claim is struck out under Employment Tribunal Rules 38(1)(c) and (d) because the Claimant is in breach of Tribunal Orders and has not actively pursued the case.REASONS
[2]A strike out warning was issued on 14 April 2025 by EJ Fredericks-Bowyer. The Claimant did not respond to that strike out warning and has still not complied with Orders or actively pursued the claim. It is therefore in accordance with the overriding objective for the claim to be struck out.[3]The final hearing listed for 12 – 13 November 2025 will not take place. Approved by:
