JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the London East Employment Tribunal on 7th November 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages from 10th August 2024 to 31st March 2025 (£14,723.28 deducted) and by failing to pay the National Minimum Wage during the period 1st April 2024 to 9th August 2024 (£403.65 deducted) and must pay the claimant £15,126.93 gross.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £15,126.93 in total. This is in addition to the £15,046.62 the claimant was awarded in case numbers 3200743/2024 & 3200986/2924.
