JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent failed to enter a response to the claim. The respondent was provided with notice of the hearing but did not attend.[2]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages and breach of contract is well founded.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £3,360.00 being the amount properly payable to the claimant in respect of wages which should have been paid to the claimant on the following dates: 8 May 2024, 15 May 2024, 22 May 2024, 29 January 2025, 5 February 2025, 12 February 2025 & 19 February 2025.[4]The respondent shall pay the sum due to the claimant on or before 3 December 2025.
