[1]The Claimant was disabled at all material times with:-(a) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder;(b) Autism Spectrum Disorder;(c) Severe Anxiety; and(d) Chronic Migraines (otherwise substantially controlled by amitriptyline).[2]The Claimant withdraws the contention that type 2 diabetes is relevant to the claim.[3]The Respondent puts in issue knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Severe Anxiety both at all and in respect of any substantial disadvantage arising from them.[4]The Claimant having found new employment, a revised Schedule of Loss must be served on the Respondent and the Tribunal by 4pm on 1 September 2025.[5]The Claimant agrees to a judicial assessment of the reality of the Schedule of Loss, subject to liability.
