Employment Judge PiraniDate 12 January 2026

REASONS

[2]On 2 January 2026 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant as follows: The recent correspondence on this file has been referred to Regional Employment Judge Pirani has asked me to respond as follows. Judge Pirani is considering striking out the claim because the claim has not been actively pursued and/or the claimant continues to fail to comply with case management orders. If the claimant objects to this proposal they should write to the tribunal with reasons or request a hearing at which they can present reasons by 4 pm on 7 January 2026. The Claimant has been copied via myHMCTS Portal, the Respondent via email.[3]As at the date of this judgment the Tribunal has received no reply from the Claimant and on 8 January 2026 the Respondent (in correspondence copied to the Claimant) raised it for urgent consideration (there being a hearing listed for 14 January 2026 (“the Hearing”)).[4]I have concluded that it is in the interests of justice to strike out the Claim because it has not been actively pursued. I have asked the Tribunal administration to vacate the Hearing. 1 of 2 Case Number: 6017389/2025
