JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal declares that the Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, during the period January–August 2025.[2]The Tribunal notes that the arrears in respect of those deductions were repaid on 22 September 2025, with pension contributions adjusted thereafter.[3]In the circumstances, no further monetary award is made and no order as to costs.
