JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal contrary to Section 98(4) Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to Section 20 Equality Act 2010 is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]A Remedy Hearing will be held on 18 December 2026 starting at 10am at the East London Employment Tribunal in person to decide the remedy which is due to the Claimant for her unfair dismissal.
