JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out. He did not have two years’ service and failed to respond to a warning that he provide reasons by 2 December 2025 as to why it should not be struck out.[2]In so far as the claimant’s claim includes a claim for disability discrimination; he had ticked the box on the claim form but failed to provide any detail of the complaint, his complaint is dismissed under Rule 47 for non appearance.[3]This judgment brings all complaints in the claim to an end.
