JUDGMENT
The Employment Judge gave judgment as follows:- The respondent’s application for strikeout succeeds for non-compliance of Tribunal orders and/or for not actively pursuing her claim. The claimant failed to comply with directions issued in the order dated the 25th of July 2025, namely she has failed to disclose documents and exchange documents which has resulted in other directions not being able to be complied with. Further, she has not engaged with any correspondence with the respondent in respect of commenting on draft list of issues and other matters. The claimant also failed to attend today without any explanation given to the tribunal. Therefore, the claim is stuck out in its entirety.
