JUDGMENT

Made pursuant to the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024[1]The Claimant’s claim of marriage/civil partnership discrimination is dismissed upon its withdrawal by her.[2]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal was presented outside the statutory time limit, and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time. Accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider that claim and it is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claims of disability-related harassment and a failure to make reasonable adjustments were presented outside the statutory time limit, and it is not just and equitable to extend time. Accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider those claims and they are dismissed.
