[1]No Response having been filed by the First Respondent (“R1”) and the Tribunal being satisfied the ET1 was sent to their trading and registered office addresses, Judgment is granted to the Claimant in respect of all her heads of claim under Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 (“the Rules”).[2]Though R1 will be sent this Judgment and Notice of any future and/or Remedies Hearings, it will not be permitted to take any part in the hearing or these proceedings without leave by the Judge at such Hearing to the extent that such Judge considers appropriate.
