JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination are dismissed in accordance with Rule 47 of the Tribunal Rules upon the non-attendance of the claimant.[2]Before issuing this judgment, the Tribunal made telephone and email enquiries with the claimant who failed to respond. A review of documents on the casefile revealed that the claimant had been sent a Notice of Hearing on 14 June 2025 which gave him the date and time of the hearing. The casefile also indicated that the claimant had not actively pursued his claims, having failed to comply with Tribunal case management orders dated 9 January 2025.
