JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal declares that the Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages, contrary to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The amount so deducted was £1,120.31 gross (comprising wages, holiday pay, car allowance and authorised expenses).[3]The Respondent would be ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant, less tax and national insurance as appropriate; but[4]It is recorded that the Respondent has already paid the net sum of £867.81 by BACS on 12 September 2025, and that the Claimant confirmed receipt and that no further sum is outstanding.
