JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period 1 August to 31 August 2024.[2]The gross figure owed to the claimant is £10,500 and the net figure owed is £6323.54 and was agreed by the parties and is set out on the claimant’s pay slip dated 30/08/24.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £ 10,500, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
