JUDGMENT

The claims are each of them dismissed for the following reasons:[1]So far as the claim for unfair dismissal is concerned, the claim was not presented within the primary limitation period and the claimant has failed to satisfy the tribunal that it was not reasonably practicable to have presented the claim within that period and, in the alternative, has failed to satisfy the tribunal that she presented the claim within such further period as the tribunal considers reasonable.[2]So far as any claim for discrimination is concerned, the claim was not presented within the primary limitation period and the claimant has failed to satisfy the tribunal that she presented her claim within such further period as the tribunal might consider just and equitable.
