JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to DGS Partnership CYF and service of the amended proceedings is dispensed with.[2]The Claimant was continuously employed by the Respondent as a Head Chef from the 1st July 2024 until he was made redundant on the 12th March 2025.[3]At the time when the Claimant was made redundant by the Respondent on the 12th March 2025, the Claimant was owed £3,245.44 (gross) in unpaid wages.[4]There shall be judgment for the Claimant against the Respondent for unpaid wages in the sum of £3,245.44 (gross).
