The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 7 January 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because it: it has no reasonable prospect of success as the Claimant was employed for less than two years.[2]The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out under Rule 38(1)(a) Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024.[3]This judgment does not affect the Claimant’s other complaints. Approved by:
