Mr C Greenaway v Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd: 6016036/2025
JUDGMENT
The claimant having failed to attend the hearing, and having made enquires that are practicable, all claims are dismissed under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.REASONS
[1]The claimant failed to attend today’s hearing. I was informed that the respondent’s last contact from the claimant was on 2 April 2026. Since then it has corresponded with the claimant, sending the hearing bundle and this week its Skeleton Argument for today’s hearing. v3 10.2.25 Case Number: 6016036/2025[2]This morning the Tribunal Clerk emailed the claimant and phoned him twice on his mobile, leaving one message, asking him to attend the hearing. The claimant failed to respond.[3]Following discussion with the respondent’s representative, I determined that the claimant has failed to attend the hearing and has provided no reason for his absence. On this basis the claims are dismissed. Approved by:
