JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £117,500.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is wellfounded. The respondent shall pay the claimant £25,000 as damages for breach of contract.[3]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken on the date the claimant’s employment ended. The respondent shall pay the claimant £12,455.91 in respect of holiday pay.[4]Each figure in this judgment is gross and the judgment may be satisfied by paying the net amount due, accounting to HMRC for any tax and national insurance that is required to be deduced from the payment in accordance with HMRC rules.[5]The claimant’s other claims are dismissed.
