JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was dismissed on 1 June 2024.[2]The claim comprised of complaints of automatic unfair dismissal, failure to pay a redundancy payment and unauthorised deduction of wages.[3]The claimant started ACAS Early Conciliation on 9 April 2025. The claimant received the Certificate on 14 April 2025. The claimant submitted the ET1 form on 2 May 2025.[4]In accordance with section 48 and section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the time limit for submission of the automatic unfair dismissal complaint and the unauthorised deduction of wages complaint was 31 August 2024.[5]In accordance with section 164 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the time limit for submission of the redundancy pay complaint was 30 November 2024.[6]It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to submit the complaints within the time limits. As a result, all complaints are dismissed.[7]The respondent’s application for costs is refused. Approved by:
