JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of holiday pay to which she was entitled on termination of employment in respect of 14 days leave accrued but not taken (including leave to which Regulation 13(15) applied).[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,610.13 which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. Approved by:
