Upon the application of the Respondent all the claims in this case are hereby struck out and dismissed because the claims have not been actively pursued (Rule 38(d)) and the Claimant has not complied with orders of the Tribunal made by Employment Judge Sugarman at a hearing on 18 March 2025, sent to the parties on 21 March 2025, which the Claimant failed to attend (Rule 38(c)). I am satisfied that the Claimant has been given a reasonable opportunity to make representations in writing why his claims should not be struck out. He has not requested a further hearing.
