JUDGMENT
[1]The Second Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2800.81 representing the Unauthorised Deduction of Wages suffered by the Claimant when employed by the First Respondent. Liability passed to the Second Respondent when the Second Respondent took over the undertaking previously operated by the First Respondent.[2]The Second Respondent’s name is amended from Mr S Muttiah to Mr Sangkeeth Muturaja because Mr S Muttiah was included mistakenly at the last hearing. Service of the ET1 and evidence produced by the Claimant for today’s hearing is dispensed with because it has all been served on the correct Second Respondent already.
