JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim under s.13 Employment rights act for unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £2,539.35 this comprising:a. £1917.75 in respect of 25 days wages from July 2024;b. £355.20 in respect of Employee’s pension contributions; and,c. £266.40 in respect of Employee’s pension contributions.[2]This is a gross award and the Claimant shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any payments of tax and national insurance thereon.[3]The total sum due to the Claimant from the Respondent is £2,539.35[4]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Jobseeker’s Allowance and Income Support) Regulations 1996 do not apply to these awards.
