JUDGMENT
[1]the Claimant was an employee of the Respondent at the material time;[2]the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from her wages in the following amounts:• £480.90 (January 2025 pay period);• £229 (February 2025 pay period);• £309.15 (in respect of accrued but untaken holiday); and[3]the Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment, in respect of which failure the Tribunal awards a further £229 (two weeks’ pay); Case Number: 6014856/2025[4]accordingly, the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the total sum of £1,248.05 without deductions of any sort.
