JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 24 April 2026. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £ £2,615.04 calculated as follows: a. The effective date of termination of 31 December 2025, at age 59, 06 complete years of service, a multiplier of 1.5 for each year of service aged over 41 and a gross weekly pay at £290.56.[3]The respondent must pay the claimant £2615.04 gross in total.[4]The claimant must account to HMRC for any sums owed by him in respect of any payment received by him pursuant to this judgment.[5]The hearing listed on 30 November 2026 is cancelled.
