JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded.[2]The claimant contributed to her dismissal by her conduct and, as a result, the Tribunal makes the following reductions to the compensation to be paid to her: basic award – 20%, compensatory award – 50%.[3]A Remedy Hearing shall take place on 12 November 2026 at 10.00am by CVP to determine the amount to be paid by the respondent to the claimant. (If the parties agree the amount to be paid between themselves, they must notify the Tribunal as soon as possible that the hearing can be cancelled.) Approved by:
