JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £817.66 being the total gross sum deducted.[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £398.17 being the gross sum due.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant additional compensation of two weeks’ pay (£589.62) in accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the Claimant with a written employment contract.[4]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.
