The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 10 October 2024 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint should not be struck out because the Claimant did not have the two years’ service to bring an unfair dismissal complaint.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint is therefore struck out.[3]This does not affect the complaints of breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages which will proceed to the final hearing.
