JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal found that the Claimant (d.o.b. 25/04/1975) was continuously employed by the First Respondent from the 1st February 2017 until the date of his dismissal by the First Respondent by reason of redundancy on the 19th July 2024.[2]Judgment is entered against the First Respondent in the sum of £7,973.20 (gross), which comprises:(a) a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,890.25;(b) unpaid wages due to the Claimant at the time of his dismissal by reason of redundancy in the sum of £3,490.95 (gross);(c) unpaid holiday pay due to the Claimant at the time of his dismissal by reason of redundancy in the sum of £592.00 (gross).[3]The claim against the Second Respondent is dismissed.
