JUDGMENT
[1]Between the claim being issued and this judgment being handed down, the respondent had changed its name from Buddha Group Limited to BGUK LTD. The Tribunal is satisfied that BGUK LTD is the correct respondent in these proceedings.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages as follows:a. 75 hours at an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour in June 2024, which is £1012.50;b. 71.14 hours at an hourly rate of £15.90 per hour in November 2024 which is £1131.13; andc. 8.5 hours at an hourly rate of £15.90 per hour in November 2024, representing one day’s holiday, which is £135.15.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £2278.78, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. Approved by
