JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal, a statutory redundancy payment, unpaid wages, notice pay, holiday pay and breach of contract all succeed.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the following sums, which were all due on the termination of her employment on 27 February 2025 and remain outstanding: £2,365.46 (gross) in respect of unpaid wages for February 2025 £5,458.75 (gross) in respect of 10 weeks’ notice pay £8,188.20 in respect of a statutory redundancy payment £436.70 (gross) in respect of 4 days’ accrued and untaken annual leave £1,448.61 in respect of unpaid wages due to the respondent’s failure to make pension contributions Case Number: 6014286/2025
