It is the Judgment of the Tribunal that the claimant’s claim of unlawful discrimination contrary to the Equality Act 2010 and the Maternity and Parental Leave etc Regulations 1999 was well-founded and it succeeds. Her claims for wrongful dismissal/notice pay and for unauthorised deductions of statutory maternity pay also succeeded.
