JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal brought under Part X Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded. She was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant a basic award of £3,323.09 (8 weeks gross pay, after a 10% reduction for contributory conduct).[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in July 2024, in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant £800.52 net, representing the difference between the net pay she was due, £1,734.44, and the sum she was in fact paid, £933.92.[5]The Claimant’s breach of contract claim in respect of notice pay is wellfounded.[6]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant 4 weeks net pay, £1,602.25.
