JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for notice pay is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages the sum of £476.30, which is the balance owed to the Claimant, which has been calculated on using gross pay to reflect the likelihood that the Claimant will have to pay tax on it as post-employment notice pay. The Claimant shall be responsible for notifying the relevant authorities and accounting for any statutory deductions for income tax or employees national insurance contributions.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £666.82 holiday pay due on termination of employment.
