JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction of wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and succeeds.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £11,687.78 (gross) in that respect.[3]The respondent’s counterclaim under article 4 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]By consent, the claimant’s claims against Michael Broby (also known as Chambers) are dismissed upon withdrawal.
