[1]The complaint of breach of contract for failure to pay notice pay is dismissed on withdrawal[2]The reference for a determination of whether the claimant was entitled to a redundancy payment was not presented within 12 months of the effective date of termination of the claimant’s employment and the claimant did give notice in writing to the respondent that he was entitled to a redundancy payment within 12 months of the effective date of termination. The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaint, and it is struck out. Approved by
