JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claim that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from her wages fails and is dismissed.[2]The Respondent has paid to the Claimant before today the sum of £66.30. It conceded in its Response was due to her.[3]The Claimant has failed to prove that any other sums were deducted from her wages, to attend today or excuse her non-attendance, and is in breach of case management Orders in preparation for this hearing. The Respondent’s sworn witness evidence and documentary evidence was accepted. Approved by
