JUDGMENT

[1]The harassment claim against the 1st respondent is dismissed because it was brought out of time and it is not just and equitable for the Tribunal to hear the complaint; it is beyond the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.[2]The unfair dismissal claim against the 2nd respondent is struck out because, given his admissions about his conduct leading to dismissal in this hearing, it has no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The five day hearing listed to be heard for from 19 April 2027 is consequentially vacated.
