Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages during June, July and August 2024. The respondent shall pay the claimant the net sum of £9,442.[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay pension contributions due and is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £437.61.[3]The hearing listed on 7 March 2025 is cancelled.
