[1]By a letter dated 27th November 2024 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it appeared to have no reasonable prospect of success given that it did not appear to raise a cause of action that the Tribunal has jurisdiction to decide and also that the claim had not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make any why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 31st January 2025 will not take place.
