JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £22,880.88 from the Claimant’s salary on 30 June, 31 July and 31 August 2024 contrary to Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Claimant’s claims brought under Section 23 are well founded.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £22,880.66 forthwith.
