JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the London South Employment Tribunal on 15 April 2026. The respondent has stated that no part of the claim is contested. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the period June to October 2025 and must pay the claimant £4,706.99.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £11,623.50.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £16,330.49 in total.[5]The hearing on 17 September 2026 is not required and will not take place.
