[1]The claim form was presented on 28th September 2024. It was acknowledged on 3rd October 2024. A notice of claim was sent to the Respondent on the same day, which also notified the Respondent that the final hearing was listed on 28th and 29th August 2025, to be conducted remotely via CVP.[2]To date, the Respondent has not filed an ET3 response form.[3]Companies House records that the Respondent was dissolved on 1st July 2025.[4]Neither party joined the hearing today.[5]When the Clerk to the Tribunal telephoned the Claimant to ascertain the reason she had not joined the hearing, the Claimant stated she had found a new job and no longer wants to pursue this claim.[6]In the Tribunal’s judgment, in light of the available information, it is in the interests of justice to strike out this claim.
