JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised series of deductions from the claimant's wages for the period of February to April 2024.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £37,500, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[4]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to failure to reimburse the claimant’s expenses is well-founded. The respondent shall pay the claimant £800 as damages for breach of contract.
