[1]The respondent’s application to strike out the claimant’s claims under rule 38(1)(b), (c) and (d) of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2024 is dismissed.[2]The claimant has been unreasonable in the way proceedings have been conducted is ordered to pay to the respondent costs under rule 74(1) and 74(2)(a) and (C) of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2024.
