JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages, unpaid accrued and untaken holiday pay and breach of contract succeed under Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 because they were not responded to.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1217.81 gross in respect of unpaid wages in February 2025 and £951.38 gross in respect of unpaid wages from 01 – 23 March 2025. The total award in the complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is £2169.19 gross.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £577.50 in respect of accrued and untaken holiday pay.[4]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract in respect of shortfall of hours provided succeeds.
