[1]The Claimant’s complaint of Unfair (Constructive) Dismissal is not wellfounded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of direct discrimination on grounds of race is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The Complaint’s complaint of direct discrimination on grounds of religion or belief is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, all other purported complaints (sex discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination and disability discrimination) having been abandoned at the Preliminary Hearing for case management on 27 February 2025, and the Claimant’s application to amend (to include a complaint of associative disability discrimination) having been refused on 30 September 2025, the Claimant’s claim is dismissed in its entirety.
